Recently, we have been blown away by our creative brides doing their own DIY activities. We have had some who made their own banners, their own doggy bags, their own favors, their own flowers and just a few days ago, a bride collected her invitation cards which she personally designed.
The idea was to make a card that replicated a book so people could keep it even after the wedding. It consisted of 6 pages, with details like an introduction, event information, maps, perforated RSVP and even RSVP envelopes (complete with stamps!). What impressed us the most was using Japanese binding to attach the hard cover and back! Here are some pictures for what she did! Love love love! Now, who said packaging was not important?
